This is going to be the wifes corals and fish selection as this is her tank but she don't know how to post and i did most of the work. lol
tank=29 standard (i drilled 2 returns in it and drilled a overflow. and pvc plumbed it all.)
sump= 10 gallon with add baffles
  • skimmer
  • refugium with deep sand bed
  • return pump
Rock= i let here design the shape of the pvc and i drilled all the live rock and put the foam and epoxied the sand to the foam for her. This turned out really cool. So cool that i build one for my 240 gallon aggresive tank.

Pics to come soon. This is awesome as my wife will be earier to buy for on holidays and i think it means she is getting addicted to the hobby.

The first pic is of the tank when we first got it, then we painted it black, drilled the overflow and returns. The 3rd picture is the PVC that my wife designed, last but not least is the PVC covered with the rock inside the tank before I epoxyed the sand on to cover the black foam. More pics to come!

Sorry it has been so long. We are trying to close on our house. Sounds like next week witch her tank is one of the first things that will be set up. I am supper excited to get hers set up so i can start my 240 gallon. I did build her a box/plant stand/RODI water holder for her ATO. The sump takes up the whole stand so it will not fit in there. This turned out better then i though. Hopfully next week i can get her on here to post more pictures.

How have things been going with closing on the house? Have you been able to start setting up the nano yet?
