I kept a small Naso tang in quarantine tank for 3 weeks, tried many food, flakes, pellets, frozen mysis shrimps, or chopped some meaty food that other fishes like, etc. She ONLY eat one type of nori: Omega One Super Veggie Green Seaweed.

Now she is in my display tank for 2 weeks now. Her color definitely looks better than when she was in QT. But still only eats exact the above nori. When she eats, I can see her stomach expands. In couple of hours, she look thin again. When I feed the tank with all the above mixed food, all other fishes go crazy, and she would show stressed with dark color and white stress spots all over her body while other fishes chasing food.

Question: will nori-only diet be good enough for her?

Try LRS herbivore and veggie type flakes. When you feed other frozen food make sure you spread it out when you put it in. I have some aggressive fish with a 7 inch male and he reacts same way but eats the flakes. The kind I use I get are made by seachum
