My new 60 gal aquarium

Its here guys!! My first ever upgrade from my 10 gallon nano reef to my now 60 gallon tank! Don't know what much to say on it, just got it running, plumbed, and filled with everything today! Gotta say I'm real pleased with it and how the scape came out! Definitely will have tons of questions to but guess this will be the start of my build thread.! Here's some quick photos to follow. Sadly I don't have before and after because this tank was a serious mess before I got it.

Got my first peice of new equipment! Eshops 4th generation S-120 skimmer! More then likely will get this installed tonight or in the morning. Either way pretty stoked! Will do a tank update after this gets out in more then likley.

Thank you, means a lot. Yeah a buddy of mines co-worker found it on BRS for 50$ off from being open box. So I'm stoked.

Got the skimmer in break in mode now! As well as had my first algea bloom but went away after 3 days of having it. Strange. But not complaining. Added a few more members of the clean up crew mainly consisting of snails, 2 margarita snails, 2 trochous, and 1 turbo. As well as a red tiger pistol shrimp! Still waiting to purchase the goby and decide on what goby I want for it. Also finished 2/3ds of the stands cover today!

Currently thinking on what kind of lighting to go with for this tank. May post in the lighting thread but I'll ask here any ways. Trying to decide on running either one hydra 26 or 2 AI prime HDs. Only thinking of the prime HDs just cause I already have one so that would save some money there as well as I could angle them inward to the center of the tank to reduce shadowing. Any inputs for lighting will be appreciated.

Tank is a 2×2×2 60 gal cube

Just finished making the rest of my tank stand, added a cabinet for dosing pumps and ato reseviour later on. Had my heater fail on me today a d spike up to 83° guess it's time for a new one of those. Also picked up a Randall's goby to go with my pistol shrimp as well as a cool all black feather duster.

I have a 60 cube as well and I love it! Mine has a corner overflow which poses aquascaping questions. But I think I’ve figured it out. Good luck with yours. It’s very pretty. You’re off to a good start and keep us posted!

I ordered a Radion x15 gen 4 and could not be happier. FWIW, I borrowed a Kessil from the LFS to see if I liked it. I liked the color of the Radion better. I really didn’t want to spend the money but it’s been worth it!

I don't know man I plan on doing a mixed reef with some rock flower nems and I've been pretty stuck on this T5 hybrid just cause my current Ai prime is compatible with it. Watching BRS videos over it, it produces more then adiquite par for my tank with out a doubt and you still get the blanket from t5s so little to no shadowing.

Here's a pic of Pablo Escobar (Randall's goby) day after being introduced, hes already eating and since he ate once today he has not gone back into hiding. The only thing is he has yet to meet el chapo (pistol shrimp) really waiting for them to unite and pair. Can't wait for that but until then gotta wait.

Sorry it's been so long! Been busy with work and this tank man! Recently purchased and installed a Aquatic life T5 hybrid with my current Ai prime. (AI is there until funds deem it ok for a new light) put 2 blue plus bulbs and 1 aquablue special along with a coral plus bulb in the fixture, all ATI bulbs. Converted my 10 gallon and all corals into the tank as well, so that was fun. Dealing with trying to make everything happy has been fun. Mainly dealing with flow. Have to much but not enough at the same time sucks. Anyone have thoughts on the gyre 1k power head for a 60 gallon tank? Everyone says it's good for up to 50 gal but what about a 60 gallon cube? 2×2×2. Post some pics of everything.
My dotty back is in the middle of picking on my Arorua goby and I'm trying to catch him with the bottle trap, so mind the bottle haha. Also my sunny Ds have a brown film on them, had them even in my 10 gallon and I'm not sure if I should dip them or not and if so what should I dip them in? I have 3 dips, seachem reef dip, revive, and coral RX.
