So while I am a newbie and have a small 32.5 Fluval flex for just under three months, I have fallen in love with the hobby and have decided to upgrade!

I will be receiving in a few days my new tank so yay!

I ordered a waterbox infinia reef 150.4 with mesh lid .

I have ordered some of my equipment as well here is what I am getting so far. Any advice and suggestions are always welcome !

Budget conscious of course!

Ordered Equipment:

2x Maxspect jump 65 lights with diffusers
Maxspect turbine duo pump 12k
Redsea fleece mat 1200
Maxspect duo skimmer
2x Maxspect gyre 350 cloud edition
1x Maxspect 30 refugium light ( chaeto or ogo?)
2 kasa power strips (until I can afford apex) wifi controlled app based and each outlet is controllable 40 bucks each
2 Apc battery backups ( which I already own)
4 fan GHL cooling fan system for sump cabinet

Equipment considerations:

Still unsure about the UV sterilizer I was looking at the Coralífe turbo twist but want a simple install that is effective - any suggestions ?

Ato - any suggestions?

Heater- suggestions? I was looking at the hygger 500 w heaters

Other plans include :
NS aquascape with thin cyanoaccrelate and sand and possible mortar afterwards.

I only have a 20g AIO, so I don't think I can give suggestions for equipment for such a large tank, but just in case an ATO is an ATO, I did a ton of research, talked to R2R and my LFS and basically decided to give THIS cheaper one a shot and it has been awesome!! It stops dead on the line that I set it to fill to, quiet, very discrete. Big fan of it.

For a heater, once I justify an upgrade, I am likely going with the PTC Smart Heater. Really appeals to me for its consistency.

Sweet. I'm jealous. I can't get my waterbox until we get the new house. Until then I'm stuck with my max e170. I can't wait to follow your build.

Latest update :

Fish cycling with microbacter xlm two clowns, and two firefish from my other tank and tank is doing good on all levels.

Refugium is almost setup waiting on my galaxy pods and red ogo from algae barn which arrives tomorrow.
