They really did a good work, at least in my newbie eyes. I inspected the tank and i didnt found any bubble or missing peace of silicone all around

I had to come by and look at your build thread after your comments about the WaveEngine and that u were using the Varios 4 for your return. I thought you said you had a 75G DT? Regardless, the tank is looking awesome.

If you count the sump it is 105 more or less but the display tank is around 75G. It is 48x20x20 but if you take into account the internal overflow should be aroung 75 give or take

I got it. My sump is rated at 35G, but that would be if you filled it to the top. I'm figuring about 17-20G that will actually be used. I think you have convinced me I can run my system with the Varios4. Your system is slightly larger than mine and is doing fine with the 4. Appreciate your help. Continued GL with the tank.

Thanks, i followed my LFS advice and i also did some research and the varios 4 is enough for my tank, you should be ok. The varios 4 is rated for 1056 GPH, you said 65G and if you plan on doing the 10x per hours is 650GPH. You should be ok

Small update on how the tank is doing. Its been 11 months more or less and so far no issues, i want a side cabinet for a trident and to accommodate some stuff but i havent figure out one yet that looks good with the tank and if im gonna rate my wood working skills ill give myself a 3 out of 10 so building one is out of the question. Also i am looking for some info on the BRS 2 part balling hybrid. Sounds good but i am still a senior newbie in this hobby and i need more info i dont want to change too much stuff and mess things up.

Thanks, honestly i dont think i have a favorite one but i have been paying to much attention to the birdsnets i have. I wanted to get my feet wet with sticks so im really pumped about those. The only thing is that my growth rate is really slow, i takes my frogspawns and torchs forever to grow new heads as well as my trumpet coral, i have one that been with me for almost a year and hasnt grow a single new head.

Did you add the wood divider in the stand? Or is that necessary for structural support.

I was not necessary at all, i did it just to put all the controllers there and have something to protect the electrical stuff from water in case something happened.

After two years it is still a work in progress. I installed a T5 to supplement my not so great Red seas 90s. I am slowly transitioning to SPS dominant, in this not too recent picture you can see the frag racks but i removed them and put all the corals on my frag tank. I may not have the best corals but im just happy to be able to keep acros alive. Slowly i will dial the tank to were the corals color up more and grow as fast as they can.
