My nem got really deflated for 4 to 5 days and now it’s been sagging like this for the past day. I really don’t know what to do. Any help would be appreciated

Is it still stuck down or float8ng, how long, what’s water chemistry, how stable, changes in light and flow……you have any peppermint shrimps…….

Can you add some info.

Sometimes that’s normal.

They don’t like changes in water chemistry much.
