This is the existing AIO tank. 30 x 24 x 18 inch.

I use the tank volume calculator and find this tank is 56 U.S. Gal

You provided measurements in inches:

Width: 30" (76.2cm)
Height: 18" (45.72cm)
Depth: 24" (60.96cm)
Your tank's volume is approximately 12,960.0 cubic inches or 56.1 U.S. gallons

if power outrage or return pump spoilt I allow 1 inch of display tank water volume drop .
This result in a tank volume of 3.1 U.S.Gal

This is the cabinet internal measurement.
Planning to have electrical panel on the left side of the cabinet(6 INCH) and CR (9 inch)on the right side of the cabinet

Last nite use cardboard do a mockup.
12 x 20 x 20 inch is a bit tight.
14 x 20 x 20 inch sump is better

This AIO tank will be modify into a normal tank.

This AIO partition will be remove first.

Now park the tank back to the cabinet stand while waiting for diamond hole saws to arrive
