Finally found some time to start my Build Thread.
Not only am I a complete Nub to Saltwater but I am also a perfectionist with OCD.
with that being said my path in this hobby begins with a small 10gal tank so I can spend the next months perfecting my water chemistry skills before taking on live stock. My ultimate goal is too first become comfortable and confident before moving to a larger build!
so sit back, relax, and welcome to the party!

took a spare 10gal tank with HOB filter.
added small 50w Hester.
used Fluval Sea Pro reef salt to mix water.

Tank started 11/1/2020

**Update**

11/4/2020
Was finally able to carve some time out and open up my box from Bulk Reef Supply. Huge thank you to @Bulk Reef Supply for all the help and knowledge they have passed from direct questions and of course their social media! Slowly but surely this little guy is coming together.
Threw the pump in to get some water moving around in there while I worked on Aquascape.

As usual work does not Cooperate well with hobbies. Being that I’m always second guessing my self, it’s taken much longer that need be to decide on rock layout. Forced my self to take a majority of the day to focus and complete the work.

During trip to Petco to pick up meal worms for my gecko, I lucked out and found Live Sand on sale!!

Shelf priced showed 19.99 but when I scanned with my phone it showed that was 11.00 online. Petco price matches Petco.com!
This of going to be a huge help since I am using dry rock!

After a productive day I feel accomplished and am excited that my first personal Reef has begun!!
