MyAI app not connecting

Hi everyone,

Has anyone had any trouble connecting to the myAI app? I tried removing and reinstalling the app and I am getting an error

Connection time out - check your wireless connection.

There is nothing wrong with my wifi or Internet connection.

I control my parents lights remotely on their tank. My mom also tried to connect in the app from her house and she gets the same error.

I had this problem before. I factory reset the light by holding the button on the light and cleared my Bluetooth cache. Then I was able to connect.
