This feedback is for mysaltwaterfishstore.com operated by Jason Fox down in Florida.

I've actually ordered from him many times for the last 2 years and Jason is a great person to deal with.

There was only 1 instance when he sent a show size queen trigger covered in ich but I quickly took care of it during QT and it is doing great now. Other mishaps came from UPS delaying shipments, handling the boxes badly, and completely lost the shipments. However, Jason would credit back, refund, or reship depending on the situation each time.
This past December, UPS lost both shipments on different dates and Jason gave store credit for both. He has since switched over to FedEx.

Communication: Not always on time and sometimes not at all but he is a diver, he catches his own fish. It is a family operation so this can be expected if he is busy. (3/5)
Shipping and Packing: All of Jason's shipment has been packed well this far. (5/5)
Live Specimen: All livestock are as described or better. I've only had one bad experience where the queen trigger came in full blown with ich, but nothing a standard good QT procedure can't cure. (4.5/5)

Overall, I would recommend Jason and his company if you are looking for some local Carribean fishes. The prices are reasonable and he will stand behind his guarantee. Albeit slow communication sometimes, he is great to do business with. Your losses will be covered but just note that shipping isn't covered like every other vendor.
