Mystery encruster

Plug is about 2" diameter and the polyps are super tiny. Fluoresces turquoise, pic is pretty close to color match.

UPDATE! Now that it's settled in a bit this is where it's at -- it does look like a Mr. Freeze Leptoseris, also a Blue Pavona (someone on RC made that connection).

It has some fairly long sweepers but have only seen them out a couple of times.
