Swapped nori rock today, fff wizzed past my arm at about 3 inches gap, I might start wearing Tenna for men! ;)

Oops, keeping pain meds up and small stretching exercises like really small, It is the one I broke last year fixing a bulkhead on the twins I think, as I type this I haven't had a "jolt" of pain for about 2 hours for the first time in 3 days, I remembered small stretching helped ease it last time.

It’s much easier, and also safer, if you crawl up the stairs Simon, and you also need to put the vodka bottle to one side, or at least leave it at the bottom, and tie it to a piece of string to pull up afterwards for a night cap, otherwise your bound to hurt yourself!
