Well the other day I saw a pair of Kessils over a tank in person. Man how that reminds me of my old 20k MH. I have a 4 bulb NanoBox hybrid coming for my 40b and after seeing the Kessils in person I am having second thoughts. Also I really love how they easy they would be to mount.

Just curious if two a160we's would be enough of a mixed reef? Or would I need a pair of 360's?

My aquascape is probably going to be a island on each side with a valley in the middle. I was hoping a pair of 160's, one over each island, would be enough for SPS on each one.

The 360's with the controller would be about the same price as the NanoBox hybrid and a big plus with no bulbs to change. The 160's would be about half the price.

From my reading the 2 of the 160s would be enough for a 40 breeder. 18" of coverage per Kessil. I know a local shop uses nothing but 360s though.
