Hi Everyone
I had a Naso Tang for about 3 months now until today he was doing very well nice and fat. But this afteroon my son came to me and said the Naso does not look good he was just lying on the sand bed breathing heavely. So I removed him and but in QT. He started floating and turning on to his back not trying to correct him self. About an hour later he was dead. Do not know what could of caused this. All my other fish are doing fine tested water for amonia and nitrites they were both 0 all other parameters all in range.

Was it a blonde Naso?

They often have collection issues as they use cyanide to stun fish, and a lot of them don't make it past the first month. Could be that, but if it survived with no issues 3 months, it might be something else.

What are its tankmates?

There is a purple tang, Bristle tooth Tang, 4 clowns and a halfmoon Trigger all smaller then him in a 1000l tank
