I have a 560G DT that I’m looking to put in these two Tangs. I already have an 1’ vlimingi QT’ed & ready to go in. A LFS has an 1’ Naso that I want to get. Question is will my tank be big enough & do I need to add them in at the same time.

They are both naso genus tangs, but it’s a relatively calm genus so mixing mostly OK. I would personally judge a 1’ fish to require at least a 10’ tank

My tank is 8’ x 4’ x 28”. Too small for those two?

Ultimately it’s going to be up to you. I took in a 14” vlamingii as a rehome in my 450 (8x3x36”) and it was far too big and boisterous. YMMV. I have a spotted unicorn (N. brevirostris) and blonde (N. Elegans) in that tank, but both are only about 8”. At some point either a still larger tank, or rehome will be necessary.

Is your tank reef or FOWLR?
