Amphidinium sp. The "beak" (epicone) is the giveaway. They come in various shapes but most feature a prominent epicone that makes the differentiation a bit easier

IMO: Don't disregard using a UV sterilizer just because the community says they stick to the substrate. You will get a few cells sooner or later with a UV sterilizer, so it might still be worth a try.
