Need a little help with some ID

not 100% sure about this but, I believe I have some sort of hair algae and just wanted some confirmation. It appears grey or brownish and in some parts of the tank green and is either short little "tufts" or longer strands. It covers most of my rocks and a large portion of the sand bed on top.

Tank Info:
salinity: 1.026
PH. -7.7-8.0
5 foot 120
No3- 20ppm
Po4- 0.1-0.2
alk and cal. - normal levels (no coral yet)
little to no CUC
medium bioload with 12g fuge and medium-sized skimmer

I am aware my nutrients are high and it is due to my recent battle with dinos and I am now trying to balance the tank levels again. The stuff on the sandbed is binding the sand together into little clumps, not sure if this is a common occurrence but just wanted to add in case. It appears that the Dinos have been eradicated and this algae problem is now a secondary issue, just wanted some identification to plan out a course of action.

what type of algae is it though?
I do have a skimmer and sump and just need some help with ID
