Need advice on this coral

Hey there, i just bought this orange/red coral. From what I’ve googled, its a type of sponge coral. Is it safe in my tank which has other soft corals and fish?

Curious there are sponges - and there are 'sponge corals'. I yours a stony coral - or soft, etc. Sponges have a bit of a bad name - in that they can release toxins that can hurt other corals (ie cause bleaching). It is pretty though.
