So a buddy of mine has bought some purple queen anthias he is realizing with his schedule that he can’t feed them enough so I am considering taking them in I know they have a horrific track record anyone have any helpful tips.my pictilis harem eats live brine fed 3times a day and mysis 2 times a day to give everyone a little insight to my feeding that’s not including Live Phyto and amphipods from a grow out macro tank

Me too! They are beautiful fish

They sure are I’m willing to put 4 to five hours a day in care just for them working in my family business makes that kind of care absolutely doable

I dont have any experience with the purple queens but I have a small group of Ignitus and they are doing great on 3-4 daily feedings.

For sure I’ve kept quite a few of the different types successfully long term just wanna be able to provide a friend a off ramp and provide the fish with top tier care
