Need advice

Picked up a Red Sea max s650 for free. Included absolutely everything including the apex systems, lights, test kits, mixing station. My question is when I’m ready to transfer everything from my previous tank if I use the water from my old tank and live rock will I be okay without a cycle?

Also how’s this aquascape for sps dominant

The water has no affect on a cycle, but it would help matching parameters for coral transfer. That said, if you match up the water parameters to near identical with the fresh water, you’re good there as well.
Bacteria isn’t free floating in the water column, just hard surfaces.

I can’t really comment on the scape as that’s not my lane, just make sure water can travel in between the sections to avoid dead zones.

Last upgrade was 25 to 45g so I figured the bacteria on the scape would colonize easy. Now it’s 45 to 175 gallons so I’m a little worried in that aspect

I just reuse as much old water as practical and add fresh to top it off. Just think of it as a huge water change the corals and fish love it.

As long as you bring the rock from the 45 to the 175 it will be fine. Just don't add any new fish for a while until the new rock cycles.

I recently did something similar, put base dry rock in new tank and top it off with some life rock from old tank and also TBS. I used freshly made saltwater though. I moved fish gradually from old tank to new one after few days.
