Need assistance with flow

Hello guys, I have been having troubles with flow and can't get it right but it's getting close. I have recently added internal filter into the tanks after much consideration since my cyano was not going anywhere and water quality time to time was swinging. But now that I have this filter I need some guidance how should I place my power heads for the correct flow so corals wouldn't get stressed. Here's some pictures to show how it looks like hope it's useful.

Personally I like to position them on either end slightly pointed up and towards each other, for good surface agitation and so the flows meet and bounce off each other to create random flow patterns. It looks like you have the powerheads on one side, so it creates a one way linear flow.

I don't really see any cyano, is that it under the powerheads? That would be a low flow area, again another reason to put a powerhead on the opposite side.

I'm not sure how the internal filter will help with cyano, but it takes up precious space inside the tank, why not go with a hob filter or a canister?

Flow is subjective due to different variables so theres not really a right answer.
Is the intank filter your only filteration?

You might want to upgrade to a HOB like the tidal line of filters so you have some gas exchange going on. Those intank filters are mainly just a sponge with no room for media. If that one is like mine, it does have a small area for carbon though its a pain in the butt to take apart and clean.
