Hello all, I am need to this forum and need some advice. I am about to ditch my HQI hood and put up an LED pendant. It is overheating way too much and rather than buy a chiller, I decided to get new lights. Anyways, I am having a super hard time finding either a glass or acrylic cover so I dont have any jumpers. I read on here about mesh coverings that are DIY and getting a glass shop make one, what do y'all suggest?? :squigglemouth:

I do not know if the frame material is pliable. You can also just go to a home store like homedepot and buy the materials. I had the same tank, congrats on the lighting upgrade.

The DYI clear screen It a very good option I use on both our smaller tanks

30g JBJ Rimless and 20g Frag tank.

you might have to play with the frame rails a bit but would think they could bent some what, my concern would be where the strip goes in to hold the screen would pinch in.
