Yes, place in sandbed.
You dont want tentacles touching the rock work and get cut or scratched.
How is your lighting/flow ?

Agree. In the picture the elegance is higher in the tank, closer to light, than the anemone, which is high light and high flow. The elegance is low to low medium light. And low flow.
