Need Help Algea Please

Alright guys need some help/ advice. I'm starting to get what looks like hair algea on my rocks i lowered my lights intensity and time to 10hr on from 12. Now my next question could the real culprit be that my nitrates and phos are both zero?

Salinity- 1.027
PH- 8.2
Alk- 9.3
Cal- 460
Mag- 1380
Phos- 0
Nitrate- 0

I run UV, Algea Scrubber and Skimmer along with reefmat. What should I do turn skimmer off?

How old is the tank, new? Dry rock, live rock? Tank inhabitants? How much do you feed? Nitrate and phosphate really don't want to be zero. If tank is new, could be normal ugly. For a new tank, that is a fair bit of nutrient export.

Tank has been setup for roughly 7 months. I did start with dry rock. I have a 125g tank with 40g sump. Have about 22 fish. I try to feed 2-3 times a day. Nori, pellets and frozen. I have some emerald and sally foot crabs and hermits. I have good bit of snails and a sand sifting star fish. I was dosing red sea ab+ and stopped a while ago was told I really didn't need it in a newish tank.
