I need help getting the right Masterflex parts! I am setting up a kalk reactor and a calcium reactor. I would like to run both off Masterflex pumps for continuous drips. The Kalk will replenish approximately 1.5 gallon of water a day.

I have one Cole Palmer 7520-00 motor/controller and it came with a 7518-00 head. I am shopping for another 7520-00 motor/controller to have a matching set.

Will these motors/controllers work? What heads/pumps and tubing do I need for the Kalk and CaRX? Can I use the 7518-00 head? Do you guys have any literature to help figure out flow rates of each head/tubing/rpm comparison? Im new to the Masterflex world so your help is greatly appreciated.

The tank is a 175g mixed reef but mainly focusing on SPS. Its mediumly stocked at the moment. (Currently Dosing 135 ml of BRS calc/Alk every day.)

Looks like you have a brushed analog variable speed pump. Hopefully you have a fish room or are using it in the basement, as brushed units, although bombproof, tend to be on the louder side. The pump head is one that uses LS17 tubing, which is a good thing. Here are the tubing parts that you’ll need from USPlastic.

As far as how to determine flow rates based on tubing with that paparticular pump, perhaps you should ask in the definitive Masterflex thread over on RC, as I am only familiar with the digital versions of the Masterflex pumps.

Yes, the Pharmed BPT tubing in the link has a 1/4” ID and 3/8” OD with a 1/16” wall thickness which is the equivalent to LS17 tubing.
While i got you here I have another question you might be able to help me with. I bought one of these masterflex pumps and it comes with a cartridge head without the cartridges. Could I buy replacement cartridges instead of a new pump head? Will this work the same?

Unfortunately, I don’t know the answer to that question. You may want to start a new Masterflex thread and post a picture as I’m sure there are Masterflex owners that may be able to help. I use a Watson Marlow pump so my Masterflex knowledge is limited. If that doesn’t work, you may want to ask your question over on the big Masterflex thread on the other big forum HERE.
