Need Help Identifying this Surprise

I was doing some manual GHA removal this morning. I pulled a rock and found this thing, and I have no idea what it is and whether it's a problem or not. Please help!

Looks like a flatworm. I understand they can be destructive.

But its very cool.

I'd keep it in its own tank.

That definitely looks to be him and, oddly enough, there were a ton of snail shells by where I found him.

As cool and creepy as he is, he's got to go.
