just finishing up on my latest build. It is a 120g dt with a 15g nano 20g refugium and 30g sump. the question i keep running over in my mind is with my biodenitrator reactor... not sure if i should run it as it is or turn it into a upflow reactor for some chemi-pure. i have a cal rec already so no sense in turning it into one. also have diy algae scrubber in my overflow (not seeded yet),so not sure if i will need the biodenitrator. i have heard good and bad about the biodenitrator. i plan to run the output thru my protein skimmer to hopefully blow off any excess gases that it makes. i just keeping going back and forth with using it or not. i was hoping to get some feed back.
