Some rabbitfish (foxfaces) will eat it. Many have reported success eradicating it by raising their magnesium levels, particularly with Kent Tech M.

Peroxide dip should handle that easy enough, its not very big. Just looks like Hari Algae to me.

Ya it looks like some run of the mill green hair. I used to take a few cups of tank water in a bucket and scrup it off with a toothbrush. Then turkey baste the rock/coral to get all the filaments off then back in the tank. You don't want to di it within tank or it starts to spread quickly. Good luck!
