Need help please. What is this?

No idea what this is but its really slimy like mucus. Any help would be great.

It looks to some kind of bacterial bloom. What are your water perams and do you run a skimmer ???

Yeah water is within norms and skimmer is good to go. I was running biopellets but took them off line a while ago

Yes, Vodka or even just removing the bio-pellet reactor. Both are providing a carbon source to increase bacteria counts.

Yea vodka will do that in its high dose stages. Once you've lowered the dose to a daily maintenance schedule it goes away.
