Need help prettying up a Shutterfly Book

Any idea who I could reach out to to procure inexpensive assistance in prettying up a Shutterfly book? It is a book of various pictures from many years of travels with my wife. It is a surprise for her but I am NOT artistic at all and just need some TLC added to the pages.

Anyone here up for a reasonably easy task?

Dont they have some things on the website? I have a friend that makes about 3 a year and she only uses their tools. I could ask her if you still need some help/
