Need Help. Weird orange color appears on my cynarina coral, any ideas?

Hi,

Recently I noticed my Cynarina coral has weird orange color appears in the centre and some orange-ish strings.
Are those string parasite or something?
Should I worry?

Are they wriggling?

Could be its messenterial filament showing through its flesh.

No, I don't they are wriggling.

They still inflate and deflate normally.

That might be it, I will keep monitoring it.
