Need help with aussie delicate acro

I've had an ora aussie delicate acro for a couple months now and for the past 2-3 weeks I've noticed it missing tips. At first I thought it was maybe a hermit snipping the tips off but I've since raised the frag rack out of the hermits reach and the mystery of the missing tips continues. I can't find much info on placement of this acro so I'm not sure if it could be related to being unhappy or what. Can tips just fall off of acros from health or is something really cutting the tips off? This thing seems to be an extremely slow growing acro so I really want to figure this out so I'm not continually losing growth. Thanks

what fish do you hae. I have not heard of just tips of acros falling off before.

Bluespot jawfish, lubocks fairy wrasse and a pair of pink skunk clowns that are around 1.5 inches.
