My tanks been up for 2 1/2 months , just got this Goni in here , it’s been opening fully for about an hr then closes , it does it all day anyone know what’s going on ?

More than likely it’s just because your system is new and you are new.
I’m here to help though.
What are your parameters and describe your system to me please.
 
Are you talking about the red one or green one, or both? The second picture kind of shows both corals in shaded spots. They like a fair bit of light and flow, the polyps should flow back and forth.
 
PAR? Flow? Parameters? As Mojo said they like fairly strong-moderate flow and can handle quite a bit of light . I’ve had some in close to 300 par that were quite happy. They also like somewhat “dirtier” water with nitrate levels, at least in my experience.
