I have a Red Sea 50 on the right and a 90 on the left and an ai blade in the back I’m planning on raising for more spread. Disregarding the blade, I need help with the settings for my 50 and 90. The left side with the Red Sea 50 is set to 70% blue and 40% white and is for only soft corals mainly hammers and frogspawn, I have a Duncan and a gonipora and they don’t seem to open under that light so I would like to see what I should change. On the left side is for my sps corals, that I have at 80% blue and 40% and I don’t have anything to say because I just installed that light. So please let me know what you think is the best setting for both lights!

"PAR" is the wrong metric. You can't "disregard" the AI blade. The tank doesn't, and what hits the corals is a combination of all 3, especially if you raise the lights for more spread.

Your baseline should be spectrum, even though the lights are blended, at the very least you should be asking WHAT SETTINGS and height are working for people (both channel and intensity) for each fixture. Most of our tanks are similar depth. If you plan on raising the height, then the intensity must raise as well.
