The phosphates are 0.2 and climbing. All "easy" solutions are not working. I am fairly sure I need a reactor. My idea is to buy two mini carbon-GFO reactors from BRS and connect them in series using one 300-400 gph pump placed in a sump with a flow regulator. One reactor will be used for gfo and the second one for carbon. I can't install a dual BRS reactor due to limited space in the cabinet. I understand that I will be limited to about 100 grams of gfo/carbon for my 100-110 gallon tank. Will that be enough or should I drop this idea?
How easy is it to remove the canister of the mini reactor inside the tight space? Will I flood the cabinet every time I need to replace the media?
Thanks!
