Need help with setting aquaticlife timers!!!

I would appreciate any help setting up this timer for what I need... I have no idea when it should turn on and for how long... Its a 4 year old Mh-T5 hybrid with lunars... Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!

I just did a quick search for "light schedule" and there is plenty of info for you to choose from. Mine run from 9-9 with 2hr ramp up and 2hr ramp down and lunar mode. But mine are LED.

Most setups for the fixture were 10 -12 hours for the T5 and 8 - 10 for the MH, overlapping schedule. The moonlight we ran for a few hours but allowed a period of time for complete darkness.

Currently have light schedule;
T5 9am-7pm
Mh 11am-4pm
Lunar 7pm-9am
I literally just started this lighting schedule today... When should the dark period be? Sorry for the bewb question... Just wanna do it right!!!

Having mh's come on for 5hrs today really affected the temp today... Brought water temp. up to 83.4•

MH will add heat no matter what you do. Best get a fan to blow across the length of the tank, thus dispersing the heat away from the water. Lil clip on fans work wonders!
