Need help with trachy

I’ve had this piece for a couple months. A few weeks ago my dumb clowns got some sand on it (only noticed the next morning) and it lost quite a lot of tissue. Is there any way i can save it? I’ve been feeding it restor and ab+ in a tub for now.
