Again, most members here at R2R do not suggest a fish-in cycle anymore, it's seen by most as cruel to the fish, which can suffer even if it survives. If you really want fish right away, consider starting with wet live rocks. With real live rock, you don't need much if any cycle time at all; instant tank!
Or, consider starting with corals, which can be added to a new tank right away. Corals do not excrete nearly as much ammonia as fish do, and corals can actually uptake and use ammonia in the water.
