Looks like a larger vermitid snail. Dips can be ineffective as they seal them selves off inside the tube. You can crush or super glue the opening. I prefer crushing outside the tank so i dont have to loom at it lol

I was afraid of that. I pulled it out and crushed and scraped it off.
