Refugiums are weird some times. Where did you get your chaeto from?

I got it from a fellow reefer.
I did give a chunk to a buddy of mine a month ago, and his has grown alot. I got some back last week, and it was bright green, stringy and healthy.
I opened a new thread at the macroalgae forum and it seems I could be giving it to much light, so will try to decrease the intensity and see if that helps.
