Hello reefers,
I’ve got some crazy high phosphates, 0.25 to be exact.
it was probably from LFS water, I already ordered my own rodi waiting for it to arrive , but I need urgent help with Fauna Marin PowerPhos GFO since honestly their instructions suck.
This is the product:

my questions are:

1. dosage is specified in ML instead of grams, is that correct? I’ve never seen a dosage of solids be expressed this way
2. Do I need to change it regularly, or after 5 days?
3. how do I know how much to put for the amount of phosphate I’m starting from ? Is there any chart or something?

I don’t have a reactor for now I just added it to the filter, but hopefully somebody can help me with these questions. Thanks

That will not do anything to nitrate. This is for phosphate.
Sorry I am a bit tired and made a mistake, I meant phosphate , N03 is fine, in fact I have to dose it daily to keep it above 0. I edited my post to make it clear

Let's back up.

"I’ve got some crazy high nitrates, 0.25 to be exact."

Do you mean phosphate?

That's not crazy high.
Hi yes, I edited my post to fix the mistake , I have po4 super high, tested with 3 different test kits . My nitrates are fine, in facto I dose no3 daily to keep it above 0, around 3 ppm
