Need you to critique my sump/ under tank design for a 180 gallon (90X45X40cm/ 36”x18”x14” roughly)

I understand this might not be the ideal water volume, but hopefully it will be OK.

I am hoping to fit a bunch of things under by cabinet for my 1500mmx750mmx600mm (Basically a 51”X30”X24”) tank. The cabinet will be 900mm (3ft) high.

The aim is to use a filter roll, into chaeto, into a skimmer and then into a return pump. Relatively simple until I tried to fit the monster that is the Bubble King Double Cone into the sump.

So here are some questions:

1. Is a 20cm/8” long space wide enough to fit most return pumps?
2. Can I engineer the return to only fit the Clarisea and nothing else?
3. How narrow a section can I get away with for sufficient chaeto (I don’t think I have space for 200mm.
4. Is 300x500X900”mm (12”X 18”X36”) enough for an electronics/ power space
