Nem deflated and white

my nems are deflated and looking white im thinking cause my tank temps got hot and went to about 83 degrees cause AC had broke and went without AC for a month in the fish room or is there another reason i might not know of?
I got a new AC yesterday so hopefully can get the tank temp down

83 isn't to bad, some reefers will run their tanks at 80-82 degrees with no negative effects. do you have any pictures of the anemones? How long have you had them and how long has the tank been set up? Parameters? Lighting?

2 heads on my torch also died ill send some pics, I am using led lighting and .05 po4 10 n03 26 salt and 8.0 ph not sure why else they have been bleeching and deflated they still eat food i feed them and their mouths are not messed up. some of my acros are dying off i was thinking it was heat, but my softies are still growing

Is your salt 26ppt? How long has it been at these numbers? Please post pictures of everything if possible so we can see. 83 isn't too hot. What temp was it at before?

They appear to be severely bleached then. What lighting do you have them under?

Those are very upset nems. When was the last time you did a good water change? Crabs keeps beating me to it, it could also be your lighting. What temperature was your system before it went up?
