I have one that is a jerk to smaller fish, especially bottom fish and ends up killing them. I was lucky and just caught it and wonder if some time out in the sump may change this habit. I just added a goby so it can establish. How long of sump life is required? Thanks

Dottybacks are notoriously territorial and aggressive. I’m not confident a “time out” will work. Won’t hurt anything to try if you are confident you can catch him in the DT if he misbehaves
