Neptune AFS problems

Hey guys, my AFS is 6 months old, and won’t work properly. Does it’s spin, makes a click then won’t return back in. I attached a photo of how it “turns” when it tries to go back in

Open a ticket with Neptune Suport. They should fix it under warranty.

Thanks, kind of hoping some one may know a way to fix it , I go back on the road on Monday, and my wife doesn’t remember to feed them much
