Neptune Apex help.

Hi guys,
So I disconnected the neptune cor20 rtn pump from apex and plug edit into a ups. However the cor20 is still connected to the apex via the USB cord. The problem is with the plug disconnected from the apex, I can't control the cor20 from the Apex. The question is, is there a way to control the cor20, e.g feed mode, turning on/off, using the apex via the USB cord without disconnecting the cor20 from the ups. Any help would be appreciated. It it parented by the apex unit. Plugged into ups system, you can run at constant but the apex unit is actual controller for this pump. There is capability of running stand alone. Go to Neptune page and under support there are a series of videos. There should be one otherwise on same page contact support and they’ll send you instructions
