I don't have anything to compare it to. But the numbers seemed very reasonable to me. I have a XR30 G4 Pro on a JBJ 45. I am getting about 375 at 12 inches deep, and about 200 at the bottom and both sides at roughly 18 - 20 inches deep. Center bottom was about 230. It was very responsive when I moved the sensor. And, it was easy to set up. So, I am glad I bought it. I have always wondered what kind of numbers I was getting. This confirmed for me that the numbers are solid and I can grow SPS pretty much all over my aqua scape.
