Fix the alarm condition or turn the email alarm slider off. I would fix the alarm condition.

You might want to add some hysteresis so the alarm triggers after the condition has been present for some time.
Eg. you could make it so that it waits for 5 seconds before sending the alarm.
This is similar to what they use for water level sensors that toggle between on and off because of the movement.
