Neptune ATK help!!

I feel your pain! My ATK still isn’t set up right. I add water by turning the atk pump on via the switch on the app.

Jeep? Did someone say Jeep? I spent last summer rebuilding a salvage 2016 Wrangler :D Still miss my 94 YJ though.

Doesn’t matter what I do or where I put the sensors...... both under water, both out of tank, etc.

1) Where do I find the FMM setup to make sure they are both turned to optical?

2) No matter what I do, the pump doesn’t turn on. All the videos say “turn to on, if it’s not working make sure it’s in water, no kinks plugged in etc etc etc. “

Nope. Can’t use it with or without the Apex. Was pumping sometimes yesterday but I couldn’t set it to pump with the sensors in place..... now I can’t turn it on at all.

I have an ATK, powerbar, Apex, 2 probes, bunch of calibration stuff, and probe-holder. PM me if interested.

I turned it to on again, and pulled the pump.... sorry..... PMUP out of my ATO container and I disconnected the tubing to it, and I hear the ever-so faintest high-pitch buzz. (more like a ting....)

And of course the pump, propellers, nothing is working.

I threw it in the trash. Doubt I’m gonna replace it at this point. I will probably just top-off every few days by hand until I feel like trying some other unit.


I had a hydor on my old tank...... didn’t work out of the box........ it’s in the trash too.

Try the tunze unit. Mine on my 70 reef has worked flawlessly for 4 years.

That's unfortunate.

I'd rescue it from the trash and get in touch with Neptune. They're pretty good at getting things going, and making things right when they won't go.
