I have had my Neptune Trident up and running for about a year now but I'm starting to do a two-part dosing regimen with the Neptune DOS. What value, range, and limit are you guys using for calcium, alkalinity, and magnesium?

Every tank consumption is different. What my tank drinks might nuke your tank or might not be enough. If you don't know what your tank consumes daily I would start with the default values that are offered when setting up dosing. Then after a couple of days you can tweak it.

With your consumption, are you generally dosing equal measures of ALK/CAL? Im in a similar situation to the OP (using 2 Versa Pumps), and I have an ongoing battle with correct dosing practices. always dose equally, or dose what’s needed for each to maintain the desired levels?

No the Neptune adds what it needs for CAL & ALK. It adjust the dose depending on the last Trident test. Most of the time my CAL finishes and I still have about 30ml of ALK left.

Whatever numbers you initially start with will still need to be tweaked occasionally. You have to remember whatever your initial start up numbers are, the Dos will revert back to that number if you testing numbers fall outside of the ranges given to you by the Trident. For example, if your ALK rises for some reason and moves outside of the provided range, your DOS will continue to dos at your initial values, which will probably be too high at that point in time (when you are trying to drop your ALK). You will have to reset your numbers and lower your initial values.
